WordLinx Update

It's been awhile since I have updated my blog. Haven't had as much time since going back to work. Since I was looking over my payout history at WordLinx tonight I'd thought I'd get the updates started with them.

WordLinx remains a reliable paid to click site to earn from. Have seen some additional earnings from my downline but most seem to be inactive recently. My earnings remain pretty consistant since joining in 2006. So far I have managed to reach the $10 minimum 3 times each year for what is usually only minutes of my time each day. I'm still checking the site at least 3-4 times each day and the earnings have continued to grow. I'm including a few snapshots to illustrate potential earnings if you decide to check out this site to help you earn some extra cash online.



As you can see I have 60 referrals now, When my referrals are active and viewing ads I get a small percentage of their earnings (5%). This, along with advertising purchases, signup and upgrade bonuses was enough to request an extra payout above the earnings I gained by viewing ads and reading emails.



This one shows my personal earnings for reading their paid emails and clicking links on the site. As you can see, the earnings just continue to improve. Next is my favorite. This is the payment history page. Since signing up in 2006 I have managed to earn enough for 3 payouts each year with just a few minutes of effort each day.



Every time I have requested payout I have received it in my PayPal account within days. This site remains among my favorite paid to click sites with fast payments like these. Mark this one as a keeper!

Optimize your time at Financial Freedom Ads

I don't know if you noticed or not, but there are some PTC sites that will have extra ads available at different times of the day. None of them have actually posted when they do this until now. FinancialFreedomAds actually tells you when they add more ads. From what it says in the FAQ section, you can optimize your time and earnings there by visiting at the three times they have listed.

8/19/08 update
Apparently this has been changed and applies to only upgraded members. After posting the original message I noticed they now have a 48 hour period before the ads refresh for free members and have not yet found any extra ads available at the times mentioned. I have managed to get a few more referrals so it's helping.

And they say you can't earn much with PTC

I know alot of people may not like PTC as a way to make extra money, but I do. I find it a very enjoyable and educational experience and suits my goals of making some extra cash in my spare time. I will admit, it's not the fastest way to earn online, but considering I only spend a few hours a day clicking at my chosen selection of sites, the extra money isn't bad.

Because of recent issues with sites experiencing database losses, I have had to find a way to keep better track of my earnings. I had already been keeping screenshots as I went since I am constantly updating my stats and received payouts on my payout proofs page. Hopefully, this practice will serve me well as we wait on the latest site, FoxCash, to make the restorations manually.

Anyway, because I had this issue in mind, I took the time to upload the majority of my screenshots to my account at Photobucket the other day (7/11/08). I've finished all the labels now and set up a slideshow to show you some of the sites I'm participating in. You should notice that in some sites I have 0 referrals but I'm still able to increase my balances each day. I've had better success recruiting members for my downline after receiving at least one payout, so these, of course are building slower than some of the others.

Because they limited me on how many screenshots I could add to the slideshow, I decided to give you a good mixture on statuses. Some sites have very few refs, but their clicks can really help boost your earnings if they continue to be active. I've got a decent amount of refs (10-30) for a handful of sites and wanted you to see how much faster it goes with a little help. Then there are a few that I have been participating in for longer and I've built a considerable downline for.

Anyway, the point I want to get across today is that if you're active and refer others, you can earn a considerable amount more than when you click alone. Take some time to promote the ones you are doing well in and over time, the signups should start. Keep in mind, getting refs requires as much patience and diligence as the clicking does, but it can really help build up a considerable amount, given enough time.

Setting this up took longer than I expected, so I think I'm going to do updates like this once a month and keep the slideshows in different folders at PhotoBucket so you can actually see the difference a month can make. I hope this provides encouragement for those of you pursuing PTC as an extra money opportunity and helps to show you how it really can add up.

New PTC sites

Since I've had to clear out so many defunct PTC sites recently, I have decided to add some new ones to my collection. I decided on the following sites since they offered ad values of one cent and had very low payouts. 7/13/08 update
A few more sites were added to the collection today. Here's a snapshot of the ones I updated in my FreeMoneyTeam program list. I'll try to do a proper writeup on them within the next few days. I will also need to add MySpaceToEarn and MyCashHoney writeups.

Took the time to update my webpage for low payout sites that don't need refs to earn from. Lots of people asking about those again. I also made sure to collect new snapshots of all the sites on the payout proofs page and updated the stats and any payouts received. Sure was nice seeing the changes in some sites. All the new sites have been updated there as well as the signup bonus page where it applies.

Can you really make hundreds of $$$ from ptc sites?

I get asked this question alot. Can you really make hundreds of dollars from a free paid to click site. My answer is yes, but it takes time to build, and depends on how active you can be.

I started making money online with paid to click sites in 2000. When I got started, I was working a full time job and was raising a teenage daughter. The sites I joined only took a few minutes of my time each day but the earnings were pretty slow to start so I started joining even more sites. Over the years, my schedule has changed and I have more time to work on these sites. FoxCash earnings

I told you about a new site I was earning some extra cash at recently, FoxCash, and just wanted to give you a quick update. If you'll remember, I joined FoxCash 5 weeks ago since they offered $0.015 for each ad you view and $0.01 for each ad your referral views. Well, as of yesterday, I was able to make my first payout request! After 5 weeks of clicking and referring others, I now have a downline of 16 members, of which 7 are active on a regular basis. When I requested payout yesterday, it was for $12.05!

7/14/08 update

I've seen a nice increase in referrals and my earnings since my last payout. When I checked the image I posted after getting my second payout and compared it to my current earnings, I noticed over an $8 increase in just one month! At this rate, I'll have enough accrued for another payout request once my third request gets processed. It only took me 4 days after getting paid the second time to have enough to request a third payout. I wish they entered the date of the request, but I have it marked on the calendar as the 21st of June. Here's a new history screenshot so you can see the difference as of today.

A few months ago I told you about a new paid to click site called BuyasNet. It was a site I added to my ptc collection because they offered ads worth at least one cent each and offered 100% of your downline earnings.

Since I joined, there have been some changes. Not only is there a new admin, there is also a new name. Buyas.net is now Buyas.Info. They still have the same pay plan but you'll definately see an increase in the number of ads available each day. Over the last week or so, there have been 35 to 60 ads each day and they're not limited to upgraded members as you'll see with some paid to click sites. New to my collection of PTC sites

I've expanded my collection of PTC sites being tested. The sites I've decided to test all have one cent ads and 50-100% referral earnings. The payouts on these will vary between $5 and $20 so I've also updated them on my $10 Payouts & Payouts under $10 pages, as well as my main PTC Earnings site where I track the number of refs, earnings and payouts proofs in each site I'm participating in. I've seen how quickly the earnings have added up in many of the sites in my collection, so I decided to add a few more to increase my earnings. If you like earning thru PTC sites, I hope you'll check them out.

Sites that no longer provide the anticipated ad count have been removed from the list.

Interesting to note that these two, 10Bux and WorldBux are still up and running three months later. I only have 3 refs for 10Bux and they have just recently started, so with their help, I'm up to $6 now. I've even managed to submit my first payout request from WorldBux 6/19/08 for $10.02 thanks to 33 new refs. Hopefully it'll be paid by September.

A few of the sites I removed had to be dropped because they have seriously reduced their ad counts and with no referrals to help, the projected figures just didn't add up as fast. A few sites turned out to be ads only sites, which I've kept in my collection for advertising, but they don't qualify for this test now, so they had to go. And a few, wouldn't you know closed their sites.

Luckily, I only lost $14 after 3 months when TripleBux got shut down by their webhost shortly after I requested my first payout. I hated to see my 16 referrals lose their earnings, but at least none of us had too many clicks accumulated. The site first started having problems due to a hacker who increased everyones balance by about $82 which made everyones stats look great. Unfortunately, I had to manually calculate my earnings plus my refs clicks to determine if I had enough to submit a request. I started thinking something was wrong when it took so long to make the corrections, but decided since I was officially beyond the minimum I might as well get the processing started. I had hoped to send the admin an email about the calculations but the contact link didn't work. Not a good sign when admin is not available. Sure enough, a few weeks later & the webhost steps in since admin doesn't respond to them either.

DailyClicks & XClix paid me (see proof)

I was quite excited this morning when I checked my email. I got two notices that I had received money via AlertPay. Sure enough, when I checked my AlertPay balance, I had received payouts from DailyClicks and XClix.

I've been waiting on the $33.08 payout from DailyClicks since 2/5/08 so I'm glad it finally arrived. Now I'll be able to start the processing clock again, but this time, it's for over $43. I sure am glad I was patient.:D http://apaidreader.googlepages.com/DailyClicksPayout1.jpg

I have to say I was a bit surprised that I received the $5 payout from XCLix. While they started out with a very low minimum of $5, they decided to change the minimum to $10 after I had requested my first payout. I figured I would have to wait to re-request the payout after reaching the new minimum but I sure was happy that they honored my original request.:D http://apaidreader.googlepages.com/XClixPayout1.jpg

Bux3 also showed that they paid me $10.19 but they seem to have had a problem with their payments thru AlertPay and according to their forums, they should have the situation resolved sometime today. I'll be sure to post that payout proof once it's completed.

If you enjoy making some extra money from get paid sites, remember to have some patience. Work to the minimums of the sites you participate in, request your payouts & wait on the payments to be processed. Eventually, the money does show up and it keeps growing if you stay active.

When I first started receiving payouts in 2005, I was barely receiving $20 a month from my efforts. Last year, 2007, my continued efforts raised my monthly payouts to just over $50 per month. So far, including these payouts from DailyClicks & XClix, I have received $287.86 this year alone. That's barely more than 3 months! This could be my best year yet, by the looks of it!:D

A Good International paid to read site

I was asked for a recommendation for a good international PTR that actually pays and doesn't cost anything to join......

and they also wanted to know: How important is it to get referrals for ptr/ptc sites?

Because so many of my international friends have been asking me pretty much the same thing, I wanted to share my response with you, in case you were also curious about this subject.

This was my Response:
I find that having referrals for my various paid to programs can be very helpful. I looked through my programs for an international one to show you how getting referrals can really help when they're active. The one I found to best illustrate my point is e-mailpaysu. I will tell you first, that it does take time to build up to the various minimums for some programs. Having referrals can definately make it easier to reach them a little faster. I spent the first 3 years reading emails there with only 3 referrals before deciding it would be worth it to upgrade. This was one of the first sites that I bought the lifetime gold upgrade for, when another of my paid to sites paid me, and I have to say it was worth EVERY dime of the $15 (now $18) I paid for it! Even though I'm promoting it on my various free traffic exchanges now, it's nice to have them still giving me free referrals from their advertising too.

Now For the Example:
In E-mailpaysu, I signed up July 15 2001, the last stats I had before reaching my first minimum payout in mid 2006 consisted of :

$11.19 from the paid to click the penny page
$8.23 in converted points (with 3121 pending)
$23.41 in paid emails
$10.00 signup bonus

My balance $52.83 (at the time) was helped greatly by my downline earnings. Looking at the paid to read emails, I only read 76 emails for $1.52 in about 5 years as the 2c emails are rare. However, I receive 1c for each email read by 2 levels of referrals. The rest of the paid email amount came from my 2 levels of referrals. My 1st level (direct refs) read 174 emails for $1.74. My second level (my refs refs) read 2015 emails for $20.15!

This is not a get rich overnight site, by any means. Like I said, it takes time to build up, but I was only doing this site when I had some spare time after work or on the weekends. Quite often I would forget to do anything except the paid emails when I got them in my mailbox. This is a site that lets you earn in a variety of ways so you can probably reach payout a lot faster than I did, but it wasn't until after I received my first check, then a paypal deposit that I felt comfortable in sharing it as a site that really does pay. I have to admit to being a much more active member there now too. I would definately recommend this site to everyone even as a free member because this one is definately worth waiting for because they DO PAY!

I would also like to pass along something else that's important to know. There isn't a "request payout" button there like with some of the newer paid to read sites. When you're ready to cashout (after reaching the minimum) just send an email request to Gerald Peters the wm. At that point he will usually ask you for your choice of payment option. I have received both a check and a paypal deposit. It is also important to note that the first payout is at $50 for free members but the payouts after that are lowered to $15. The paid with points minimum is only $10 and you can redeem your ads for cash balance for your own ads, starting at just $2.00.
