If you're looking for referrals for your favorite site, one of the best ways to get them for free is to promote your link on free traffic exchanges. One that I like to use is EasyHits4U. They're a little different than the average traffic exchange and worth checking out. They offer a 1:1 ratio which means that for every site you view, you'll get one visitor to your site in return. They even give you a 2:1 ratio when you use their special startpage link. This is pretty good when you look at what some of the other manual traffic exchanges offer. They will also pay you $0.30 for every 1000 pages you surf and $0.10 for everyone you refer that surfs at least 100 pages. They have a Top surfer contest daily too. If you or your downline are in the top 10, you get even more credits added to your account.

EasyHits4U also offers a 5 tier referral program (10%, 5%, 3%, 2%, 1%) for free members and a 6th level for members that decide to upgrade.
